Amy and Eileen started on this journey many years ago when they met at their son’s swimming lessons. They have been friends ever since.

As years went by and children grew (each have four children), they were ready to find a way to supplement their family income.

The trick was going to be how to find a great paying job with flexibility to keep us with the kid’s activities.

They saw a need for an espresso catering service in their area based on the popular coffee industry. They started Java Express Rx, Inc. in August 2003. What started out as a way to supplement the family income quickly became a successful entrepreneurship.

Their work schedule allows them to work minimal hours while remaining available for all the activities that surround their large families.
